I'd never belived in alliances. Nor have I ever believed in the Gods and Goddess'. What would have been the point? Absolutely nothing, that's where I stood with my beliefs. But just recently in the past couple of years, I guess something has been tugging me back here to this land, the Land of the Thalls. I don't know why, but I answered the call from these lands, I was here now! I had no orders for when I got here, there was only me. That was fine, I'd been alone for all my life.
What was a few more years alone? I didn't care. My large black paws carried me across the ground, thunder rolled in the distance and a streak of silvery lightning split the sky. It flashed in my blue orbs, the fire beneathe them almost springing to life. liked thunderstorms. And this one proved that our Mother Earth was not happy about something. I smirked. The rain was still a long ways off. The storm itself was farther away. I leapt easily to a ledge in front of a cave and raised my muzzle to the sky.
Letting my jaws open as far as they would I sent an eerie howl into the sky. I was a Thall wolf after all. What would I be if my calls didn't spark fright in in any who heard them? I would be a da**ed Foirfe that's what I would be. Snapping my jaws shut the sound was cut off abruptly and carried all across the Realm of Death with the wind and then my blue orbs shifted all along the lands to see if any would come to this place of their own freewill as I had.

She knew she was in the wrong place, but she didn’t care. What could anyone here do to her, that she hadn’t already experienced? She had been forced and she had killed the pups herself – it was the kindest things to do at the time. She had been to young, but that was all behind her now, and she was tougher for it. And as for the brute that had done it to her… well, Tempest soon saw to him. If a normal wolf had known what Tempest had done, then they would shudder in fear, or disgust, or some other unpleasant emotion. But not Azure Sky.
In Azure’s view, everyone should get what they deserve, and if she or Tempest could bring it, then they would. It was just the way she saw the world: what goes up, must come down. An endless circle of life, those that live, must all die and for every wolf that dies another must be born. It was this Saoirse belief that made it possible for her to kill the unwanted cubs. Tempest had helped only to rid the world of the spawn of the hideous monster that had hurt her.
Though this difference may make it seem that it would be impossible for her to get along with him (he was a Thall, after all), it did not bother either of them. Were they not united in their hatred of the Foirfe? But nevertheless, often they would fight over morals and what is right and what is wrong. And when they fought the skies churned and was ripped apart and healed over again and again. Rain would pound the ground, before it was evaporated by a blistering desert sun. Such was their power. A perfect example of Heart and Realm - if they work together, then they can achieve anything, but apart they wreak havoc upon the world.
Azure Sky was here now because of Tempest. Again they had fought, and again the clouds had trembled in fear and anger. This time, Azure had won, and Tempest was angry. The femme would keep her temper under control for longer then him: she would be able to think clearly for longer, mind clear from the red mist that often descended upon him.
A storm echoed overhead and Azure wondered if that was Tempest Above venting his anger. It certainly looked like his work, but when he was angry, she could never be too sure. A strong, muscular howl rang through the wind, piercing into her mind. Enticed, Azure wandered towards it. She knew it wasn’t Tempest, and that it wasn’t the cleverest thing to approach a lone brute without him, but she was curious.
“Good evening.”
Azure spoke clearly, her raindrop like lyrics resounding clearly through the storm: the howling wind had miraculously dropped.
“Excellent night to be out.”
A definite understatement, but Azure Sky delivered it coolly, but without any trace of sarcasm tinting her expression.
Words: 495 ex. code. Muse: OK / Good Character: Azure Sky Her Power: 9, but only with the weather. Her Alliance: Saoirse Notes: None, really. Make of it what you will... It was Fiction wasn't it? [/blockquote]

As I watched the sky above vent its anger words drifted my way...a femme's words. Good evening. Excellent night to be out. I smirked as I looked to her, my blue eyes settling on her. I then parted my jaws and answered her. "Perhaps it is perhaps it isn't. I care neither way." Then I went silent a moment before I decided I should introduce myself. "Name's Stranger Than Fiction. Fiction for short. Your's?" hen I tipped my ears her way and waited for her response. OOC-Sry for the uber crappiness, but time is short for me. Better than nothing though right? ![:)](http://i37.tinypic.com/2d2f6nb.jpg) .

The loudest roar of thunder yet echoed through the atmosphere, ear-splitting and with enough volume to shake one of the ancient trees. But it was all Azure could do not to role her eyes. Wasn’t she allowed to even make small talk with a brute without Tempest getting his tail in a twist? He had always been over protective, but Azure could take care of herself. Another crack split the sky, and fat drops of water thudded to the ground. Azure Sky let out a faint titter of laughter, a sound like crystals tinkling to the ground.
The femme knew she should be weary of this brute: he was Thall for a start. But Tempest was Thall and she could control him if she had to. Tipping her porcelain dome to one side, Azure examined the brute before her with an expression of playful curiosity sparkling like frost in the sunlight through her clear eyes. He had a muscular figure; she could see that despite his thick winter pelt. His face had the air of one that was more used to snarling than smiling, but Azure knew that didn’t mean anything (Tempest often wore the same expression). The silvery female couldn’t help wondering what he was like beneath the black fur and the eyes, similar to her own.
Throwing caution into the wind - not that she’d been cautious before – Azure took a few graceful steps towards him, but when she was just a hands length away from his muzzle, she veered to the right, playing. Lightning raked the turbulent sky and Azure laughed again, but she did stop.
“Some one’s a little pissed off, don’t you think?”
But her sweet lyrics could barely be heard over the storm. Muttering something that sounded vaguely like “pathetic” she flicked her ears and seemed to dray a circle with her eyes: weaving her powers. Like a clearing in a dense forest, a small circle of clear blue sky emerged from the chaos of the uproar, the light from behind it shining down on the pair and making Azure’s silver pelt sparkle – it was still wet from the rain.
“That’s better. I’m Azure Sky, but if we familiar enough for nicknames then Azure will be perfect.”
Another soft laugh jingled from her lips, and Azure couldn’t but hep smiling at the brute, though it never reached her eyes.

I sat nonchalantly before the female now known to be Azure Sky or Azure. I liked that name better. Her lyrics drifted my way Some one’s a little pissed off, don’t you think? That’s better. I’m Azure Sky, but if we familiar enough for nicknames then Azure will be perfect. And I answered her and myself silently. I will be soon if you stick around. "As in who is pissed Azure?" I asked calmly as I shot a gaze at her. Then up to the sky as she cleared it up.
Soft peals of laughter came from her lips. I hated laughter. I saw the smile she offered to me, but I knew it never would reach her eyes, smiles never did. I lifted my head up stubbornly and tipped my auds slightly her way but they also remained pointed slightly away as well. I was Thall after all. This little femme was not, I could tell just from the way she acted. Maybe we could get along, and maybe I would just end up killing her in the end. Who knew? I didn't. I shrugged the thought off and spoke to her again. "Why are you here?" Then I went silent again. Nonchalance back in my form.

Fiction: an inventive story, something that isn’t true, make believes. One thing that fiction requires is imagination, and the ability to make a world out of nothing. Well, this particular ‘Fiction’ didn’t have any of that. He most certainly wasn’t the creative type, though Azure reserved judgement on ‘boring’ until she knew him better. Even his appearance was boring: plain black all over. Neither she nor Tempest was like that. She herself was a pale grey, almost a silvery blue. And she kept her pelt in such immaculate condition that it shimmered in the circle of the sunlight that she had created. A thousand diamonds clung to the hairs, shattered precious stones where the drops of water lingered.
Some had called her beautiful, but Azure Sky wasn’t too vain to care. However, when she had been given a gift, she must use it, though it had been a long time since she had enticed brutes with her figure. Why? Because, though she often flirted, she was scared of getting hurt again, but she would never admit it. Not even to Tempest.
Something told Azzy that she should feel frightened of the dark shadow that clung to the irises of Fiction, but she wasn’t. She couldn’t. Maybe he reminded her of how Tempest tried to be around others, even when he knew that she could see straight through it. Their stubborn similarities made the pretty femme laugh again, though this time it was quiet, dainty, like a pearl. Surly if he was similar to Tempest, she could figure him out? Well, they weren’t identical, and Tempest probably had the hotter temper, as was perfectly demonstrated by the next crack of lightning.
“Two questions, one answer.”
But she wouldn’t keep him waiting any longer.
“It’s Tempest Above. He gets annoyed when I win an argument. And then he over reacts.”
But that was quite enough hints for now. There was no need to mention that her relationship with Tempest wasn’t romantic in the least way. That would just be so… wrong. The way to keep these males in line was to treat them mean, and keep them keen, to use an old cliché. No need to let him know yet. No need.
[/blockquote] Occ;; Sorry this took so long, and the post is a bit crap, but like you said, better than nothing, right?

Watching the silvery-grey femme before me, I tried to puzzle out how she would be later. Then she laughed, but this time it didn't bother me so much. I had to hand it to her, she was a rather beautiful femme, dainty, lean, not hard on the eyes at all. I tilted my head a little as I looked back at her, my ears tipped her way as she spoke to me, Two questions, one answer. I shook my pelt a little as the ring of sun warmed it. Two questions had a single answer?
I wasn't going to say anything to her about it though. Her next words caught my attention and I sat up. I was a bit taller than her but not by much. It’s Tempest Above. He gets annoyed when I win an argument. And then he over reacts. Tempest? Well all right then. I smirked as I looked to Azure. "A friend of yours? Or a mate?" I asked with a chuckle, I didn't think it was a mate, but who knew. I was beginning to like this little femme. She was breaking my darkness...but only barely.

Though you may find it hard to believe, Azure had never had a mate. Well, unless you count that bastard that forced her, and she for one was not counting him. But when he had come, she had been so young, so vulnerable, and so naïve. She had been hurt, hurt bad. And for all her flirtatious manor, she could not bare to be touched by a brute other than Tempest.
He was her one, not-really-so-constant constant. Ever since she’d been a tiny little cub he had protected her: he was her over protective, angry brother. What? You don’t have one. Sometimes Tempest could be blunt and insensitive, angry and downright annoying, but he had been the one to save her, the one to help her do what had to be done, even when she was crying. She hadn’t been crying because she didn’t want it to happen (though it saddened her a little), she had been crying because she hadn’t wanted Tempest to have to do it. All her life Azure had been trying to protect him, to keep him on the straight and narrow, while all the time he was trying to pull her off it. Well, it was only a matter of time.
They had argued again today. They always did at this time of year. Well, more now than usual. The sickly scent of femmes on heat drove Tempest crazy: he was probably hunting for a female right now. Typical male. scoffed Azure. Him and his stupid temper. But we are not being perfectly honest, are we? Azure Sky wasn’t totally blameless this time, and her temper could burn more than a desert at times, and when the siblings got into full swing she could inspire terror as well as her rash brother.
“Why?”
Music box like lyrics trickled out again. The single syllable danced round on the breeze, teasingly making the air chime with delight that she had been asked.
“Does it matter?”
Well, Azure was sure it would matter to him enormously: what brute would start to court another wolf’s mate? Don’t answer that. She already knows the answer too well. Still the flicka played with the bloke, teasing him, tricking him, luring him in, and then pulling just out of reach. She was not an easy catch, and who is there to say she won’t jump straight back out of the net again?

Shifting my body a little I gazed to her, my head resting on my paws, one ear tipping down a little at the tip as I let the sun warm my black pelt as my blue eyes watched the little grey femme before me. I was trying to read her. Her lyrics came into the air between us and I smirked a little. Why? Does it matter? She was delighted I'd asked her? I never had really understood femoras. I chuckled a little as I shook my great head fixing my ear.
"Sometimes i wonder if it really does. Azure, you don't quite strike me as the type to stick with a male. But what do I know, I'm just a Thall." I said a soft smirk lingering on my maw, she was teasing me a little, I would tease her a little. I'd perfected that talent rather well in all the years I had lived the life of a loner. I looked to her as I smirked again and lifted my head and rose back into a sitting position. "I would like to learn a little about you and this...Tempest did you say was his name?" i asked. Curiosity winning out over the darkness of my heart.

Azure Sky gave the fella a mischievous grin and a little wink. Her flirtatious manor was raising its head, sniffing the air in a curious way. It was well exercised, but had been slumbering when Azure bumped into the onyx wolf. It was for that reason that thoughts entered the femme’s mind, and unpleasant thought they were too.
Why did this brute care about Tempest? What were his motives, his reasons, and his intentions? There was never an innocent motivation behind such questions, he must want to know if he can take Tempest out, and so have Azzy all to himself! First he’ll wrangle all the information out of her, then he’ll kill Tempest and then he will come back fro Azure Sky…
Azure sky caught herself in the middle of her freefall. That was the old paranoia whispering in her ear. Not all males were like that, she knew it. None of them would be that cold, that calculating, and that evil. Not even a Thall. Well, maybe a Thall. But she was being stereotypical again; her own kin was of the Thall and he wasn’t evil or bad ion any particular way. He just had an unfortunately volatile temperament. Speaking of which…
The sky around their isolated sunshine turned even blacker and a growl ripped through the air that Azzy had stilled. Tempest was living up to his name now, and given her momentary lapse into obsessive suspicion, Azure sky was not having her namesake spoiled.
“ JUST SHUT UP WILL YOU!”
As she yelled at the sky, the sun brightened to a scorching intensity and burned through the thick cloud. Tempest wasn’t having this, so brought back the clouds: dull, grey and in a brooding silence.
“Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.”
She muttered to no one in particular, but despite her scathing tone, she did not really mean the words in her heart.
"Sometimes i wonder if it really does.”
“It does matter! It is the difference between loyalty and betrayal! Or does that mean nothing to brutes?!”
The flicka hadn’t meant to snap, but it had just slipped out. She was not as clean and brilliantly sparkling as she seemed. The demons of her past had stripped that from her. However, if Azure Sky was honest with herself, her harshness was always there. Those who knew her well could see it: Azzy hid it from strangers to avoid misunderstanding. By was of an apology, the silver lady rested the tip of her tail lightly on Fiction’s shoulder and mumbled that she hadn’t meant to snap, and that her temper was short after her argument with Tempest: well, she didn’t need to tell him that it was as long as ever, did she?
